- Shipping and Collections
a) The expected ex-warehouse time is 3-5 working days after you place your order online. AURORA DESIGN & CREATION LIMITED ’s teams will try their best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.
b) You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by AURORA DESIGN & CREATION LIMITED. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.
c) AURORA DESIGN & CREATION LIMITED provides free shipping on orders up to HK$1,000 or above per order (after discounts have been applied) for local delivery in Hong Kong. Orders under HK$1,000 will be subjected to a delivery fee which shall be paid on delivery at the Buyers’ cost. For orders outside Hong Kong area, AURORA DESIGN & CREATION LIMITED provides free shipping on all orders up to HK$2,000 or above per order (after discounts have been applied). Orders under HK$2,000 will be subjected to a shipping fee which shall be calculated and paid upon order is placed. AURORA DESIGN & CREATION LIMITED reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
d) For local delivery within Hong Kong, we shall use SF Express to deliver the products For overseas delivery, we shall send the products by air parcel or by EMS provided by Hong Kong Post.
In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product, such as breakage, drop of parts and faded paint etc, the Buyer can apply for the exchange according to below procedures :
a) within 21 days after order date, the buyer can provide the order number, exchange reasons and related pictures by sending a message to our in-box of the Facebook page or by email to email@example.com to contact our customer service team;
b) after investigation, if the product defects are not caused by the Buyer, our customer service team will follow-up the exchange with the Buyer.
c) if AURORA DESIGN & CREATION LIMITED accepts the Buyer’s exchange request, the returned product(s) must be maintained in original status and properly packed. The delivery cost for the returned product(s) and the delivery cost of our replacement product(s) to the customer, to be borne by AURORA DESIGN & CREATION LIMITED;
d) AURORA DESIGN & CREATION LIMITED has the final decision to decide whether to exchange the product(s) or not.
