Real car info.    :    These two EOD Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) belongs to the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Division of the Hong Kong Police Force. They are modified based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 519 BlueTec vehicle.  The main function is to interfere with radio waves of different frequencies, especially for remote-controlled explosive devices set to prevent detonation by jamming the shielding signal.
